1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and menu88 ("Platform", "we"). Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of account balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as per your MyKad, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification and the processing of financial transactions.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including where the account is accessed by another party due to your own negligence in keeping your password confidential.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

menu88 supports a range of local and digital payment methods to make it easy for Malaysian users to carry out transactions. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Expected to be completed within 1 hour.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using an account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the user. menu88 does not accept deposits from third parties and will not process withdrawals to accounts that do not match the registered user's information.

menu88 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify transactions that exceed certain limits, as part of its legal compliance and anti-money laundering procedures.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

menu88 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. The 200% welcome bonus of up to RM888 is available to new members making their first deposit. Here is how the calculation works:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM1,888 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 25 = RM22,200

All bonuses are subject to their respective additional terms. menu88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice. Attempts to abuse the bonus system, including the use of automated software or strategies designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

6 Game Rules and Platform

All games available on the menu88 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and card games — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. Users agree to comply with all applicable game rules.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on screen and the game server, the result recorded by the server will be considered final and binding. Technical interruptions that occur during an active game will be resolved in accordance with the policy of the respective game provider.
